We have had this problem before (I just recently updated hoping that it would fix the issue, but no luck). We monitor the reviews on the site (to ensure that they are not simply SPAM reviews). Currently we have 2 reviews (that are not showing on the review page), but are showing up in the Review List module.
I can't seem to find a setting to not allow unpublished reviews to show in this module. Am I just missing something?
