NOTE: We are the only one to develop and distribute our extensions that can be downloaded only on this site. Be careful to get our products on other sites than this, our extensions can be downloaded only on this site. If you find our extensions downloadable on other sites at the cheapest price it's quite possible that malware, security injections, and hidden links have been added by other people in our products, thus download and install extensions on your site at your own risk. Moreover, we do not provide support for our products downloaded elsewhere and without a valid order on our official site.
Paid, but I can't find the download.
Before the subscription you have purchased is assigned to your account, your payment will need to be cleared by our payment processors. After your payment is cleared the subscription will be automatically added to your account and you able to download your purchased extension. Where can I get my invoice?

The only restrictions applied to your subscription are that you are no longer eligible for extension-related downloads (component, modules, templates, plugins, etc.) and you will no longer receive customer support for your registered domain(s).
How can I renew my subscription?
I bought an extension and now I can't download it anymore, why?
After the expiration of your subscription plan, you can continue to use downloaded products with no limitations, but cannot download the latest release. If you want to have access to updates and download new releases you simply need to buy again or renew your subscription plan for that extension. This is clearly unacceptable. If you experience something that doesn't work fine on your site, you are recommended to contact our support and give us an opportunity to fix it and make it works also on your site. If after having worked on your site we will be sure that our extension can't work fine for you we will be happy to send you a refund.
This will imply that you have to uninstall our extension and also your account and product access on our site will be deleted permanently.
