Name and Email don't Show

Hi,
Name and Email fields appear for Guest users. If you are logged in these fields won't appear. For the comment box border. It's conflicting with your template CSS. You can make changes to the CSS files or Please contact our sales team via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

Hi, I installed the module to the site and the "Name" and "Email" don't show on the site. Can you help me fix this?
