This is the url where the comments form is enabled, besides the original URL adds the end of the same highlight part in quotation marks. I do not understand why?

Agree.
I need to translate the application into Spanish and I could not according to your IDs, you can check what I can answer about it below. For it has not been possible to make such a translation.

Good day! I can not translate the application into Spanish. The file path I find is this:
/public_html/components/com_vreview/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vreview.ini

I copy it and put it in a new folder with the suffix for Spanish es-ES and I translate the necessary lines, but it does not work.
