its appear correctly in artical but problem is its appear two review form pls see prntscr.com/e79oa7 then also enable in review module see prntscr.com/e79oa7 . without module enable cant see in my review menu if i enable only can see properly in revew menu but problem is its appear 2 review in artcal menu.. see prntscr.com/e79p89 finally appear prntscr.com/e79quk
