I deleted all the reviews and it then showed that ratings was in fact enabled. I disabled the rating but that also seemed to remove the option for the reviewer to enter a name and e-mail with the only field visible being "Comment". I tried various combinations but every time I enabled rating and clicked on the stars it would jump to the top of the page. I have disabled vReview on this live site and will experiment on a development version of it for now. I will try on there with a different template but the one in use is a special accessible one so I can't really change that. I will let you know how I get on.
If you would delete all the reviews submitted so far on this profile, Then You would be able to enable rating from the same field where you see "Can not be changed"

Right now rating is not enabled on your site, Please enable rating and then test. If you find the issue, Please try the same with another template. It's quite possible the template is conflicting with it.
I have a review option for each property listed on a page. When a customer clicks on the stars to rate it the focus shifts to the top of the page and it appears the rating is blank. Most then fill in that review without noticing it is for the wrong property as the one they were trying to review if further down the page. Clicking on any of the stars seems to activate all stars on that page. Grateful for any suggestions
