There is an option in backend to enable/disable star rating. Please check and if It's already enabled, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

The issue has been explained to you on Email. It's any plugin from the template engine on your site which is altering the CSS code in our modules. Please contact our sales team if you need any assistance with that via Contact us form or revert back to the email sent to you.
