I tried to change it with "username" and "userName", clear the cache of the website, and then post a review to see what happen. It still show the full name.
I guess I'm missing something here ?

You can make the required changes in the following file: components/com_vreview/views/rev/tmpl/default.php at line 51. You need to change name to username.
