Please set "Recieve System Email" to Yes at user manager in backend. Please see the attachment.

Hi Support Team,
i' ve the problem that only one super-user receive the notifications.
(And this is the unimportent super-user
)
But we have 3 Super-users, is there a solution or setting that all super-users receive the notification.
At the backend we selected the "Admin Report Template"
