vReview is not working for me

Hi I bought this component but I did setup everything you explain, but anyway the features about you show here www.joomlawings.com/article-detail-layout-with-rating in my site is not showing them, see it: www.palomosmoving.com/index.php/comment it must appear above that comment form, what I need to do?

Did you publish the module on that page? Please note the layout chosen in Review Profile should be the same layout on which you are publishing the module. If you are doing the same, Please send us your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact Us form, We'll look into it.
