Can not get Menu Assignment to work was created by Brent Geransky

I can not get the menu assignment to work for the module.
If I choose to assign the vReview module to only selected pages, it appears on NO pages no matter how many I select.
If I choose to assign the vReview module to all pages except the selected, then it appears on all pages no matter how many I select.
