Hi,
There is a bug with the vReview CB plugin.
When I tried to open a connection from within the user profile I got the following error

Call to undefined method JEventDispatcher::getContent()
I managed to narrow down the issue and it appears when
Components->Vreview->Profiles->CB->Review settings->Enable Captcha.
My configuration is as follows
vReview 1.9.14 (although on backend it says 1.9.12)
Apache 2.4.54
MariaDB 10.8.3
PHP 7.4.30
