Installation not working as expected

Please create a support ticket and send us admin login credentials in it. I'll check it thoroughly.

I have just purchased and installed vReview but it is not functioning on the back or front end.
The dashboard shows error "Cannot read property 'offset' of undefined" - see jpg attached
