Hi Daniel,
I've got version 1.9.12.
Made override once again and still the same. I put some dots in html, but nothing change in html on the page. Cache is cleared.

Please check your version with the URL: www.wdmtech.com/vreview as version 1.9.12 is working fine, if you have old version, please download this new version from our site.

1. How can I translate component and module files. Creating language file in propoer folder does not working.

You can translate your files, please follow the steps as mentioned below.
Translating to Component file:
public_html / components / com_vreview / language / en-GB / en-GB.com_vreview.ini.
It apply same for your administrator components.

Translating to Module File:
public_html / modules / mod_vreview / language / en-GB / en-GB.mod_vreview.ini
]

2. The same story is with overrides. How to make overrides for component and module? Placeing default.php file in /templates/my-template/html/com_vreview/rev/default.php folder not working.

[If you have added templates/my-template/html/com_vreview/rev/default.php manually then please remove com_vreview folder of templates/my-template/html/ . Please check the screenshots as attached below, please find the attachments. ]
