Article review plug-in not submitting

No Email has been received from your Email ID. Did you use some other Email to send the login credentials?

Installed component and content review plugin, configured per documentation.
Everything shows up but the only buttons that works are Log In and Register - even after login.
Plus, after login I have to manually find the article I was on and it now shows I'm logged in but it still doesn't submit.
I've disabled the plug-in on the site.
Login and ftp credentials sent using your contact form.
