EasySocial integration for vReviews

Reviews can only be posted using frontend.

I understand the basic configuration. Is it also possible to add reviews in the backend as logged in Superuser? Or can this only be done from the frontend?

You need to set up a Profile for EasySocial as well. Please find here the documentation to setup the vReview Profile: www.wdmtech.com/vreview-documentation-setup-profile
It is same for all Joomla components, You just need to choose the correct layout.
