Does vRestaurant Engine include all the vRestaurant plugins too?

vRestaurant is included in vRestaurant Engine.

Under the vRestaurant Engine description, it says "This template is based on our famous Joomla component vRestaurant."

Does that mean that vRestaurant is included in vRestaurant Engine?

Or do you need to buy both of them to get the full functionality?

I've searched your web site and couldn't find anything that explains it more clearly.
