Can´t insert location map in reataurant

I have difficulty inserting the location map. Can´t search location nor insert map coordinates? I get warning:

We have tried everything that you recommended for location map to work properly, but we can´t retrieve coordinates based on the location address field data - location pointer is displayed but not coordinates and Location is not created without these coordinates.
If we insert the coordinates manually, we end up with map location popup without information as your demo.
Module map is like your demo and "get direction" is not active.
Location map is an important part of vRestaurant for visitors to find their way to the right restaurant. Please help - to get the extention to work ... Urgent!
