You already get the same file with the package. It's just the template which is being used on your website which makes the difference.

It doesn't look like the demo because we have tried to build the CSS in such a way that it matches with your template CSS. There is a CSS folder within the component itself. You can make changes to that CSS file in case you need any.

It's the same Menu module. You just need to set the top-rated ordering in that module parameter to let it display most popular Menus. This module along with 3 other modules is available in restaurant package itself.

And I couldn't find the "Most Popular Menus" module at all...
