Malware in component?

Hello,

I encountered a strange problem: in my Joomla 3.7.3 I installed vrestaurants.

Everything seemed ok until I discovered that when browsing the site with an android smartphone (as well as with iOS smartphone) after few seconds a spam popup windows appears (full of naked or rubbish like that).

No problem with a desktop browser

Then I disabled the component and now the spam seems not appearing anymore.

I dont' know if it is a coincidence or it's really a compoenent problem

Is it possibile that the component hides a spam/malware?
