Error message on installing

Error message on installing was created by Paul Kelley

I installed this and it worked fine. Then I tried to install the Community Builder plugins and they failed to install, so I uninstalled everything. Now when I try to install the package file I get the following error:

C:\xampp\htdocs\frenchlbat\administrator/components/com_vquiz/install.xml

failed to load external entity "file:/C:/xampp/htdocs/frenchlbat/administrator/components/com_vquiz/install.xml"

Table 'frenchlbat.localhost.gatech.edu.lfjdg_vquiz_quizzes' doesn't exist SQL=UPDATE lfjdg_vquiz_quizzes SET `created_by`= '104',`created_date`= '2017-05-06 18:00:24'

Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: com_vquiz.zip

Could you help me with this? I am under a strict deadline!

Now I get an error while trying to uninstall.

Component Uninstall: Can't uninstall. Please remove manually.

This is without a doubt the worst paid Joomla extension I have ever used.

I fixed the database and now get this error when trying to install the package file:

Installed the component and modules separately, everything's fine now.
