first of all I am using the theme in localhost IIS server, secondly, when I login to theme backend and making any changes I received the attached error message.

Hi,
Can you please disable sef URL using Global configuration and try again. If it still doesn't work, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.
