Only show a message acording to quiz score

Hi,

I want to make a form Quiz with score, and show a different message depending on the score obtained.

For example:
15 Points = You need to watch ou for you company policies.
25 Points = You are on a good way to achieve your goals.
39 Points = Congratulations! Your company is an example.

I want to show only the message and remove all the details, time spent, category score, etc... and certificate button from the results page.

Can you please help me how i can do this?
