Interpretation of the "Single User Score" Graph was created by Sherry Buffington
I'm trying to understand the output graph that appears when I select "Single User Score." I would think that the graph would display the users score in graphical form, but that is not what's happening (see attached screenshot). When I mouse over the graph bars I get messages that indicate that the y-axis is scaled in number of users. What does that mean? Is it the number of users that selected that question? Or, is it the number of users who got that score? Or, is it the number of users who ranked highest in that category?
Without knowing what the numbers mean, the graph is worthless. The user needs to know how to interpret the graph for it to have any meaning or appeal. Can you help me understand this output?

Hello,
The number means the number of users who have got that particular personality as their result. Single user score option works only if you are logged in. If you are not logged in then it would display score for all users.

I still don't know what that means in the context of a multi personality quiz. Are you saying that the graph counts users that had that category as their highest score? There are several scores that in a multi personality result, so I'm not sure how useful these graphs are. it would be better to have a choice of what to display, since there are several useful ways to display personality data.
Also, I have been logged in for all the test assessments I've completed and the single user score is not working on one of my quizzes. It seems to always show all user data--and I'm not sure that it is displaying that correctly.
Our business needs precise explanations for what we display to customers, so we would really appreciate having details about how scores are calculated (we need to verify that things are working correctly).

To clarify, if I post an assessment and the user is not registered, there is no way in your product that the user will get only THEIR score in the graph?
This does not make sense....
Thanks for the information
