Add answer button not working

The green add button for adding answers/option on the trivia and personality quiz is not responding after it's clicked. I can't add answers or choices for trivia or personality quiz.

The most common reason for this error is jQuery conflict, We have replied to your email, Please revert back to that email with your login credentials, We'll look into it.
