Adding Users when getting certificate

vQuiz has got a section for user registration. But It doesn't add the email address which you enter to receive certificate to Joomla users list. However it can be customized as per your needs. Please contact our Sales team via Contact us form for customization.

Is it possible to add a user automatically to the list of Jooma! Users when they fill the form to get the certificate by e-mail?

I tested it, but unless something is not right in my configuration, it doesn't add an user. Is there a way around this?
