Hello, I've created a survey quiz and when it's done it shows all user results. Is there any way I can get it so it doesn't show that and have it show a small message? I'd like to be able to do that with different surveys.
for example: I'm doing a depression survey and when people are done with the survey I'd like to have a message saying "Thank you for taking the survey, please call Dr.Psychiatrist to and find out what we can do for you" instead of the quiz results, or even have the message attached to the quiz results.
