Cannot select quiz category

Hi

This extension looks fantastic but I'm having a problem with quiz categories.

When I enter the Quizzes view or create a new quiz, I cannot assign a category.

Clicking next to "Select an option" on the Category row doesn't show a list of options (see attached screenshot for the view I'm talking about). It seems that all new quizzes go into the same category and there's no way to change it.

Please could you look into it?
