Error when opening the vQuiz Slide was created by Thomas Hultgren

Hi,

I just purchased vQuiz Slide and after installation (installation did go fine) I get this error when trying to open the module.

An error has occurred.

1146 Table 'rfhlstoc_tguo1.#__vquiz_category' doesn't exist SQL=select id, quiztitle from #__vquiz_category where published = 1 order by id asc
