Hello,
there is the possibility to use the Comment Box as
a) Other Option
b) Feedback
this would be a nice feature.
But if the customer use it, where can I find the Feedback
or the suggestion that the user typed into this fild?

Please check the attached screenshots. You can check the feedback/comment both in frontend and in backend ( result section ) as well.
