Hello Mariano,
I apologies. The version which has got the input field feature is a Beta version i.e 2.3.1 Beta which is not available to download. It was a confusion with the Beta version, that's why I told you It's available to download. But please do not bother. We are going to launch this version within next week. It has got many more features except Input fields which include the following:

- Textfield & Textarea you already know
- IP address restriction to play the Quiz
- Disable print/copy feature on Quiz page
- New Keywords in Result, certificate templates
- Random answers option
- New type of Personality Quiz and many others

Thanks for Daniel answer, I rummaged through different types of quiz, but I can not see Text field anywhere. I checked the version as you can see from the image and on the types of choices
