Video embedded in question

You need to use Editor options to embed Video or you can directly enter video embed tag in Editor. Content Events doesn't work on this.

How do I embed a video as the first "question" in a quiz? I have embedded on by using the All Videos player. It works in an article, but it only shows the code in the questions. As if it isn't rendered.
