When the quiz module is displayed...my website logo is no longer on the top of the page....

Is there some setting I need to include so that I can include my header module on the quiz page?

Hello Pamela,
Please share your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us form along with the page URL where you have published the Quiz module. We'll look into it.
