Hello,
Please go to the plugin manager and click on editor plugin which is being used on your Joomla site. And choose to use Absolute URL instead of relative URL. If the problem still persist, Please share your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

I can't see any image was created by Sebastia Munar Calafat

The problem is I can see the image when I put the question but when I make the quizz the image doesn't appear.
