Quiz not scoring answers properly

Greetings

I now have a quiz working but I do not seem to be getting the proper results. I have a two question test quiz. When I take the quiz and give both correct answers both front-end and back-end say result 0/0, I get a pass on the front end and a fail on the back-end.

As you can see in the back-end, all of the questions were answered correctly.

OK I think I now understand how this works. I was not setting a value in Weight.

Honestly I think this is a bit confusing, I would like to see a:

Number Questions / Number Answered Correctly


type of thing but that's me. I do think that everyone that looks at this program thinks that that is how it should work considering how it looks on the screen.
