Marking it resolved As the issue was with the maximum upload size limit on your localhost/server as informed by you. It should be more than the size of vQuiz package. Please make it 5MB at least.

Please uninstall the package from your site after going to Extension manager in back end. And then download the latest package from WDMtech after logging into your account and install this latest package on your site. Hopefully it will resolve the issue...
