Translation for Portuguese isn't available right now, But It's very easy to translate, There is a separate language file in components/com_vquiz/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vquiz.ini.

You just need to copy the file to Portuguese language folder prefixed with language tag. And start replacing english text strings.
