Hello! Thank you for such a good Quiz! Please tell me how to make a display of Czech tags (UTF-? Which files need to edit and how to do it?

There are language files in the component and each module. e.g. If you want to create a language file for component, you can find english language file in components/com_vquiz/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_vquiz.ini, create a folder for your language and copy the english language file to your folder. And replace all english text with your language text.
