I renewed the license but Vquiz doesn't work was created by Paulo Barreto

I would like to know what I can do for Vquiz to work again, because I renewed the license, despite it being lifetime and I still have this problem. We opened a ticket number TECH-0000000702, it's been about 3 days, we asked for urgency and we still haven't been answered. We need help.
