Sometimes CSS issues arises due to conflict with template CSS.
Please create a support ticket and share admin & FTP login credentials in it. We'll correct this.

I can't right-click on this area for some reason, or I would have worked it out myself.

Please see the arrow on the attached image. I need to make things look a little more professional than this.
