Parameter in email notification

parameters are fine, but not working in email subject.
Also in Email TO, Email CC
Can you fix it please?

I have the same probleme

Parameters are not available for email subject.
If you are having issues with available parameters list in Email content, please create a support ticket and send us your site's admin login & FTP credentials in it. We'll fix it.
