vquiz for my game?

I need a point system with high score for a new game I made and wonder if I can use vQuiz for this purpose. The players will try to find 20 secret words. Every time they find a secret word they get awarded (points) Different secret words get different points.

I think it could be possible to make 20 quizzes in a category called secret words with only one question each. Quiz 1 = What is secret word 1? Quiz 2 - What is secret word 2? etc .

Every 24 hour I will also reduce the reward/points for each quiz/secret word

But I need my users to see top 10 high score for all quizzes combined (in category secret words)

Is that possible?
