Could you please move "save"button to nottom?

When you create hundreds of questions, you fill them out from top to bottom, and then you have to scroll back to the "Save" button. And this is an extra movement. Very annoying. I would like to reduce the number of unnecessary movements when doing a routine action hundreds of times.

Could you please move "save"button to nottom? And add some other actions (Cancel, Save and New/Next , Duplicate/Save and Copy...) See the picture i.imgur.com/KG7Qy1H.jpg
