Translation of CSV EXPORT?

I'm translating some entries into Italian.
I created the it-IT.com_vquiz file and it works.
I would also like to translate the CSV EXPORT file, but I do not quite understand where to find the constants to change them.
Are they in the en-GB.com_vquiz file in language? Or in other files?
