Every time I update VQUIZ the translation is gone!!

Did you use the tags in Joomla overrides or translated the language files? In case of language files, Please keep the backup before upgrading the tool.

Here we go again...

I've updated VQUIZ to the latest version and all the translation is gone.
I'm wasting lots of time with this and, really, IT IS IRRITATING!!!

There's no way to find the tags in Joomla Overrides and I can't figure out where I can just hard code the translation, can you tell me how I can solve this problem ONCE AND FOR ALL???
