I want to click on a word and then the quiz should open.
My quiz has the id 34.

What do I have to do then?

You can place the Quiz link anywhere within an Article just like any other link.

so it is not possible to show a vQuiz inside an article.

Is it possible to make a LINK inside an article to vQuiz?

If so, how?

For now It's not possible, You can display the Quiz only on a separate vQuiz page. However, we can customize the tool as per your requirements. Please contact our Sales team via Contact us -> Request a Quote form, We'll look into it.
