How to install plugins

Well the plugin is in a zip and can't be installed. How can i still install the plugin?

Please download the latest version of vQuiz, You would get zip files of the plugins. You can install JomSocial plugin directly from Extension -> Install and Community builder plugins can be installed from within the component ( Community Builder ) itself.

how to install all plugins in folders after unzipping : ( cb and jomsocial )
should i upload them to joomla roots ? or

through joomla extensions admin / insatll ?
