excuse me, do you mean that I should have additional payment support for this feature?

Yes, Because the feature you are requesting isn't available. You can check here the documentation for configuration:

the issue is somewhat embarrassing. Such a function should be obvious ... what sense is it to automatically send a certificate to a user who has not passed a quiz?
The button that allows the user to generate a mail with the certificate allows him to change the name of the certificate (without being able to prevent him from changing the name).
The button that allows the user to download the certificate is even more different and besides allowing the user to change the name produces an unreadable png file (instead of generating it in PDF)
What is the point of buying an extention with all these absurd gaps? At this point, it is more convenient to focus on products like Google Form that are free and constantly updated.
I'm sorry but all these gaps were not apparent in the documentation for configuration
I really do not understand

Hello,
We are going to have a major release next month i.e. 2.9.0 which is going to have pdf certificate and lots of other new features. You can also contribute your Ideas/suggestions if you want to see these in the new version. You can post here: www.wdmtech.com/forum/suggestion-box
