Circulate Skipped Questions - Trivia

I realized that this function "Circulate Skipped Questions" is working, but I think in a wrong way.

Example: I make a Trivia Quiz with 10 question. I enable this option "Circulate Skipped Questions". I put a Question limit 5. Skip button is enabled. Random answers and questions are enabled.

Then I play the quiz. I answer 3 question, then I push the skip button, two more questions are loaded, but if I push again, I did not get the last 2 question. I will get other questions from the 10 if I push the skip button.

So I think, in logical way, if were chosen 5 question to a quiz in the beginning from the all question, then with the Circulate skipped option, to circulate the questions from these 5 questions only.
