There is an option to set the limit of the Questions. in individual Quiz settings. Please check the documentation here: www.wdmtech.com/vquiz-documentation

Hi where can I set 50 question get published from my 100 questions?

You have the option to display the Random Questions in individual Quiz settings in backend.
